Band: Varicose Confessions Song: Plow Me Members: Leighton Peterson: Vocals (lazy_@hole) Brandon Schneider: Bass (Francis_Farmer) Drew DeCamp: Guitar Scott DeCamp: Drums Song Info: This version of "Plow Me" was taken from the demo for our first album which is entitled "Better Left Unsaid." In earlier versions of the song, it was just the 'Crazy Train' sounding riff all the way through. But, literally seconds before recording, the bass interlude and distortion solo were added. It was recorded live (with all instruments playing at once) with Cool Edit Pro into a 320 kbps .mp3 file. "Plow Me" was chosen to be on the compilation because it was the closest to the Nirvana sound. Also, the song has a much different sound than "I'm Sorry," which can be found on Tainted Meat (the first NFC compilation). Band Info: Varicose Confessions has been around for a little over six monthes. The name was found when two words were choosen randomly from the book 1984 just before our first gig (a school sponsored battle of the bands). We plan to be in the studio this summer to record "Better Left Unsaid" and an even better recording of "Plow Me."
