 The Seattle Times did an interview with Krist Novoselic, mostly about his political work, although it also includes a few Nirvana references. "I have been associating ever since my late teens and early 20s, with punk rock," Novoselic said. "People come together when they need something, or they share the same values." He kept up with politics while in Nirvana. "We read the newspapers, and were aware," Novoselic said. "I have voted in every election since I was 18." Check out the interview here. |

| NFC News New poll: Nirvana 2nd best band in the world |
 MySpace Australia has announced its Top Music of All Time in a series of lists that rank the best male artists, female artists, bands, music videos and one-hit wonders. In the 'best band' category, Nirvana came in second - after AC/DC. MySpace and music critics in Australia began building a list of 25 nominations for each category earlier this year. Fans were then encouraged to vote for their favourites online, so Top Tens could be determined.
